MASH TL-3 AND TL-2 TESTED.

The Redirective, Non-Gating, Universal TAU-M Crash Cushion is designed to meet MASH TL-3 and TL-2 testing requirements in a compact, partially reusable design. The system is available for concrete and asphalt applications and can shield hazards with widths up to 30” (760 mm). Ease of installation, fast on-sight repairs, and numerous transition options make the TAU-M system an ideal crash cushion to shield most roadside and median hazards. The TAU-M system is also available as an upgrade kit to retrofit existing NCHRP 350 TAU-II Systems into MASH TAU-M Systems.

A mobile friendly installer’s guide is also available. The Lindsay Guide App provides resources for teams installing or inspecting Lindsay Transportation products. Each product section contains video demonstrations of proper installation techniques, text supplements when video is unavailable, and final checklists.

A COMPLETE FAMILY OF REDIRECTIVE, NON-GATING CRASH CUSHIONS TO SHIELD ALMOST ANY HAZARD

The Redirective, Non-Gating, Universal TAU-II Crash Cushion Family consists of a full line of Impact Attenuators designed to meet the requirements of NCHRP Report 350, TL-2 & TL-3. This family of crash cushions are available in lengths and capacities for both low and high speed applications from 50-120 km/h (30-75 mph). The TAU-II Family of Crash Cushions can shield hazards with widths up to 2.6 m (102”).

TAU-II Non-Gating Redirective Systems are ideally suited for roadway hazards such as the ends of rigid concrete barriers, steel barrier, bridge piers, signs, etc.

Ease of installation, low profile foundation and numerous transition options make the TAU-II Family of Crash Cushions ideal to shield most roadside hazards.

The Redirective, Non-Gating (R-NG) X-TENuator Crash Cushion features excellent impact performance. Utilizing superior engineering design, the X-TENuator Crash Cushion provides the life saving performance as a Redirective Non-Gating crash cushion.

The X-TENuator System has been designed to be installed permanently and is also approved to be used on asphalt in work zones where Redirective Non-Gating performance is required. Standard transition options and narrow footprint make the X-TENuator System ideal for shielding roadside hazards.

No ground anchoring, easy deployment/removal, and the shortest length in its class make the ABSORB-M system the contractor’s choice for a work zone ready MASH crash cushion. At 24” (61 cm) wide, it is suited for narrow areas where road and workspace is limited. The system utilizes interchangeable, nested elements to reduce inventory costs and a universal transition takes time and complexity out of installation.

CrashGard® MASH Sand Barrel System is a non-redirective, gating sand barrel, or crash cushion. The system is comprised of 3 components: barrel, lid and insert. The one, universal barrel accommodates all weight requirements.

CrashGard MASH Sand Barrel System is Certified:

To ensure effective performance and compliance, we tested CrashGard Sand Barrel System to MASH Tests at Test Level 3. CrashGard passed all applicable tests and is certified to 62 MPH (100 kph).

CrashGard MASH Sand Barrel System is Durable:

CrashGard MASH is blow-molded from high molecular, high density polyethylene plastic (HLMI/HDPE) that produces a stronger sand barrel. UV stabilizers maximize product life. Color-stable pigments resist fading. CrashGard barrels nests creating a smaller footprint for storage and shipping.

CrashGard withstands minor impacts during routine handling such as filling or dumping sand or loading or unloading a truck.
