Payment Options
Credit policy
- Complete and return our credit application by fax or email
- Please advise if you have special billing requirements and if any
- Supporting documentation is required (such as copies of bills of lading), and if your billing and shipping addresses are different
- Terms are Net 30, late payments are subject to an 18% annual interest rate
- The purchase order number must be submitted to process your order, please note our
quote number when ordering - Please provide a resale certificate with the credit application if your company is tax-exempt
- We accept all major credit cards for your convenience, please complete our Credit Card Authorization Form when submitting your payment
